Hi there John,  Here're the answers to some of your questions.  I should inform you that the Forex AI software does not run directly on mac pc's, however, there's a way to be able to run it by way of a virtual windows PC program within your mac computer. Makes sense?  We get our Forex quotes from FXCM/FXDD like Caroline stated, however, you will only be able to demo trade these with of course, real time quotes.  You are free to open up a live account with any broker of your choice, and use the Forex AI as a stand-alone software for charting purposes ONLY.  In other words, FXAI is more of a universal charting platform, but it will not let you live trade directly from it.  The only charge involved with the Forex AI membership would be its month to month subscription starting at $129.95.  Spreads will vary depending on market volatility.  If you have any other questions, please contact our customer support dept at 1-866-276-1923.

I am not sure if the platform runs on Mac. As for the brokerages available, you have the option to create a demo account either on FXCM or FXDD directly from inside the platform, either standard, mini or micro at your choice. Just click on the "Trading Desk" button from the main screen, then "Create Demo account" at the top.

I presume those are also available for real accounts after the trial expiration.

Spreads would be the ones applicable at either brokerage.

Not sure how to get the FOREX AI to run ... does it run on Mac? Also, are you a broker through whom I can execute trades? If so, how does that work if I want to execute standard lots or mini-lots just to get going? Are there any fees besides the spreads? Are the spreads variable depending on volatility? Are there any other commissions or monthly fees?
